Welcome to the official webpage for Sigfus Fossdal strength athlete and BEstrong online training.

Sigfus Fossdal is an Icelandic powerlifter and strongman born in 1983 and living with wife and kids in Akureyri on the north coast of Iceland. He has been strength training since 1997, and finished studying personal training in 2011. He is currently finishing his BA degree in psychology and ran his own gym from 2009 till 2012. BEstrong is his and his wife’s personal and online training company. His wife Ingibjorg Oladottir also has a personal training degree and was Icelands Strongest woman in 2016, along with European titles in powerlifting under WPC and WPF. She has also learned more about training while pregnant and after child birth, and her self has had to train with diabetes (since 6 years old) and fibromyalgia. Also so she has finished coaching seminars for swimming and powerlifting.
